Packages will not be sent until payment is received.
I accept payment through PayPal, check, or cash if you are local.

Shipping
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. Unless noted otherwise. Please notify the seller prior to purchase, if other shipping is necessary. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks.
Special gift packaging and handwritten note can be included at no extra cost.
Refunds or exchanges
I’m sorry but at this time Art by Cheryl Herndon cannot accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously.

If you receive an item that was damaged while in transit, please contact me right away and I will take care of it on an individual basis with full credit or refund, based on what has actually happened!
